- 9 a.m. - Welcome Meeting with Complimentary Breakfast at the Outdoor Pavilion
- 11:30 a.m. - Health & Nutrition Lunch at the Recreation Center (presented by CookWorld)
- 1:30 p.m. - Water Aerobics
- 2 p.m. - Tug-O-War on the beach
- 3 - 5 p.m. - 10-minute Chair Massages by appointment

- 8:30 a.m. – Gentle Yoga
