March 2011 Now in their second year, the Morehead City Marlins are located just across the bridge from Atlantic Beach and provide visitors to the area a new and exciting way to spend an evening with the family and America's pastime, basball. To learn more about this exciting new attraction to the area visit our blog, and of course next time you're in town be sure to catch a game. News: The cabinet and countertop projects in Buildings 10 - 14 are complete. The Refurbishment Project in Buildings 15,16, 17 and 19 will be complete and ready for occupancy by March 20th.
Summer 2011 Resort Activities Please join us during the Sumemr for lots of fun and entertainment in our Activities department! Ask the front desk for the most recent schedule when you check in or tune in to Channel 2 on your television in your unit for activities information and other important updates. - We do have free Wi-fi, just ask front desk staff for log in information. - Monday: Join us for a Welcome Meeting Breakfast at 9 a.m. - Tuesday: Check out Tailgate Olympics at the Recreation Dept. at 12 noon - Wednesday: Don't miss candy Bingo at 3 p.m. - Thursday: Sandcastle competition, winner recieves free rental from the HotSpot with judging starting at 2 p.m. Summer 2011 Resort News We are continuing to make improvements and renovations around the resort. Some of the current and future projects include: - Replacing railings on buildings. - Painting has begun in the units marked for refurbishment in 2011. - We will be doing refurbishments in Buildings 15, 16, 17 and 19 in 2011.
